WCA to Host Golf Event at WCA 2008 to Benefit Children
with Hearing Loss through AG Bell and Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing

The Wireless Communications Association International has partnered with the Alexander Graham Bell Association (AG Bell) for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and the Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing Center to host a charity golf tournament in conjunction with the annual convention WCA 2008 with proceeds to benefit children with hearing loss.

The tournament will be held April 24 at the Golf Club at Lansdowne on the Norman golf course with a tee-off scheduled for 8:30 am. The tournament will be followed by a luncheon reception for all players, interested WCA 2008 attendees and wireless broadband industry representatives. Registration will be $195. The golf tournament will be the closing program for WCA 2008, the industry’s premier event featuring leaders of the most advanced wireless broadband service providers in the U.S. and internationally, as well as major system integrators, financiers, solutions providers and enterprise applications.
